THE BUCKINGHAM PALACE ROAD HURRICANE EDITION

Hurricane P2725 TM-B Sculpture

One of these truly historic 6” sculptures, which are cast using aluminium from Battle of Britain Hurricane P2725 TM-B, was presented to Her Majesty The Queen at Buckingham Palace, the sculpture made of actual metal from the aircraft that had saved her home, Buckingham Palace, from potential destruction six decades earlier.

Each sculpture, crafted using shards of corroded casing from TM-B’s smashed Rolls-Royce Merlin engine, are mounted upon a mahogany and burr walnut plinth with glass dome covering and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, signed both by Christopher Bennett and, significantly, Ray Holmes, who sadly passed away in 2005.

A limited edition of 125 Sculptures
